1. Property address, APN and other pertinent information (AIL will provide for client)
2. Competitive analysis of property (AIL will provide for client)
3. What is the cost basis?
4. Property walk thru (AIL will provide for client)
5. Property cannot be OWNER OCCUPIED
6. Lender must be shown as 1st Lien Position
7. Note is for no more than 6 months (There can be individual exceptions)
8. Document fee of $775 will be applied by Lender
9. Interest Rate 18%
10. No more than 25% down based on the Loan amount.
