AIL even provides estimates and schedules any necessary repairs for you as a courtesy if your property needs some attention. We have all the contacts needed to complete the repairs on the property in a timely manner. This complimentary scheduling service allows AIL client’s to meet their investment goals much sooner. (Cost estimates will be provided to the client and accepted before any cleaning or repair work commences).
