So as I was checking out new homes in Gilbert, I ran across a developer that has a relatively nice product. Looking at this home, it appears to be very nice and appealing to the eye. So imagine you move into this property and are preparing to have company over for the Holidays and all of a sudden you have a neighbor that is obviously blind and could possibly very well be a moron. So here you have it, your new next door neighbor. They select the popular unfinished stucco look (gray) color, coupled with decorative hinges on their garage door that is no more than 1″ off from the ground. This has to be the ugliest color scheme I have seen in almost 20 years of being in the Real Estate industry. I even sold new homes for close to 10 years and have never seen anything like this. Kudos to the people that work at the new home developers main office that not only selected this color scheme but APPROVED it. LOL. I could see it now as the builder reps are talking to each other: “Oh ya, that looks awesome and will totally match the eight other color schemes we have selected that are various, attractive earth tone selections” Morons!!
For all intensive purposes, this color scheme would have been more attractive than the gray that is on the home.
